Search for Miss Meath 2012 at Solar

Solar Nightclub in Navan is hosting and sponsoring this year's Miss Meath 2012 and is looking for ladies from the age of 18-24 years over 5 feet 7inches and single who think they have the charm, personality and looks to be Miss Meath 2012. The winner will represent her county in the Miss Ireland Finals taking place in Dublin at the end of April and will win a one-year modelling contract with the Rebecca De Havalland Model Management, a €250 portfolio with Vince Tully photography, and hair design by Jenny Russell at Panache, Kells. Heats will take place in Solar on the Friday and Saturday, 9th and 10th March. Those interested in taking part, but who cannot make any of the above dates, can sign up at a a registration day on Sunday 11th March from 1pm-4pm. On each of the nights, Rebecca De Havalland and some sponsors along with some of Rebecca's models will be scouting for girls who think they have what it takes to be Miss Ireland, so those interested in taking part should make themselves yourself known to them on the night. Passports would be required for entry. The semi-final will take place in Solar Nightclub on Saturday 24th March from 9.30pm where the semi-finalists will model formal wear and tell a little about themselves and the panel of judges will choose the finalists to proceed to the next stage. The final will be in the Knowth Suite in The Newgrange Hotel on Thursday 29th March from 8pm. Each contestant will be judged on modelling three outfits and be interviewed on the night, and the panel of celebrity judges will decide on the night who they feel will represent Co Meath the best and the winner will be crowned on that night, Miss Meath 2012.
