Trim show plenty of spirit

Trim had to dig deep to get the better of na Fianna in the SHC by 0-16 to 0-15 at Pairc Tailteann today. Trim finished the first-half with 14 men following a red card, but were 0-8 to 0-6 ahead at the break. They regained their composure and with Alan Douglas scoring 12 points, they claimed a vital win. In the first game at Navan, Kiltale powered past Killyon on a 4-15 to 1-14 scoreline with Perter Durnin claiming 3-9.
