Enfield Revue starts next week

The eagerly anticipated Enfield Revue Variety Show, which opens next Tuesday, 22nd February, promises something for everyone with a mixture of dancing, music, singing and comedy. The comedy crew for this year's show is made up of John Heffernan, Kenny Davy, Carol McDonnell, Hillary Maye-Heffernan, Sarah McNerney, Arri Gardiner, John Conway, Marcus Keogh, Eamonn O'Connor, Ger Ennis, Frank Henegan and Alan Ryan. All of the comedy crew are no strangers to the stage with Enfield Revue and, outside of the show, are also involved with other drama/variety/singing/novelty shows, with some even having credits from being on the big screen. They are a multi-talented bunch with a wealth of experience across the board. There is always a good selection of sketches within the show, with some of this year's written by comedy crew members themselves. “Rehearsals are weekly for the comedy crew and some would even say it can be dysfunctional at times, but in a good way, especially when trying out the new scripts and learning the lines. All that is left is to get that first reaction from the audience,†said PRO, Sarah McNerney. Enfield Revue 2011 takes place from Tuesday 22nd February to Friday 25th February in Rapture nightclub, The Hamlet Court Hotel, at 8pm nightly.
