Kells club to host new fitness camp

Personal trainer Gillian Farrelly recently launched her Super Summer Fit Camp in the North Meath Rugby Club, Grangegodden, Kells. A native of Hurdlestown, Kells, and former student of Eureka Seconadry School, Gillian achieved an ITEC Diploma in Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Sports Massage and Nutrition. From there, she obtained her degree at Napier University in Edinburgh where she graduated with honours. Gillian's love of sport was evident from a young age as she was a dedicated member of both Moynalty Ladies' Football Club and Eureka's soccer team. She was selected for the under-19 Irish Ladies' squad and spent a number of years playing, both provincially and nationally. She recently set up her own personal training business and describes the Super Summer Fit Camp as one for those gym-haters who want to exercise outdoors to increase their fitness levels, help lose weight and tone up for the summer. The fit camp will be running throughout the summer every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7pm-8pm at North Meath Rugby Club. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
