WEDNESDAY - DIVISION 1

Navan Cosmos v Skryne/Tara: Navan Cosmos will want to push on and secure third place in the division however, Skryne/Tara are scrapping for points to avoid the drop. Close encounter promised. Verdict - draw.

Newtown v Dromin: Newtown can still escape the drop. They desperately need to take something from this game. Dromin are unlikely to be in a generous mood. Verdict - draw.

DIVISION 2

Kentstown v Kells Celtic: Kentstown have the sniff of the title in their nostrils. They won't lack for any motivation to win this game and they have the armoury required. Verdict - Kentstown Rovers.

OMP Utd v Rossin: OMP are on a good run, Rossin are destined for the drop. It all points to one outcome. Verdict - OMP Utd.

Parkvilla v Park Celtic Summerhill: Park Celtic Summerhill have games in hand on the teams below. They should have a goal or two to spare at the end of this clash. Verdict - Park Celtic Summerhill.

DIVISION 3B

Athboy v Knightsbrook: Top of the table clash and there's no reason Knightsbrook can't take another step towards the crown. Verdict - Knightsbrook.

SUNDAY

O'NEILL SHIELD FINAL

Knightsbrook v Rathkenny: Knightsbrook are never daunted by taking on a team a division or four above them. No reason for that to change now. Div 3A outfit Rathkenny will not roll over, but Knightsbrook should pick up the silverware in this showdown. Verdict - Knightsbrook.

PREMIER

Clones Town v Torro: Against all the odds Torro have given themselves a chance of side-stepping the drop. Surely 'team-of-the-year' award beckons if they make it and a few other accolades besides. Challenge Cup finalists Clones Town are set up to be party poopers. Verdict - Clones Town.

Duleek v Glaslough Villa: Duleek have the firepower to finally consign Glaslough Villa to the lower division next season. Verdict - Duleek.

DIVISION 1

Navan Town v Bellurgan: Last weekend's defeat at home to Marsh will not have done much for Navan Town's morale. They can do better here. Verdict - Navan Town.

DIVISION 2

Kells/Blackwater v OMP Utd: Both sides are enjoying good runs at the moment. They don't give much away at the back. Defences can dominate again. Verdict - draw.

Kentstown v Parkvilla: There's too much at stake for Kentstown for them to be caught out by Parkvilla's young side at this stage. Verdict - Kentstown.

Park Celtic Summerhill v Black Bull: Both teams will want to bounce back from defeats last week. Evidence suggests Black Bull will have the edge to claim the win in this contest. Verdict - Black Bull.

DIVISION 3A

Johnstown v Kingscourt: Big game for Johnstown and as their win last week over Rathkenny suggests they have the means to secure a win. Verdict - Johnstown.

DIVISION 3B

Athboy v Fordrew: Fordrew will need to be in good form to take anything from this game. Athboy look much too strong. Verdict - Athboy.
