The third round gets underway this Saturday and Farley Blitz and Makeshift are now listed as favourites with sponsors Ladbrokes.
However, there are still plenty of others following closely behind as contenders for the 2010 Derby crown.
Makeshift put in a great performance in Heat 15, and finished in his best ever time of 29.56, which was also the fastest of the 2nd Round.
