Three for Gordon Elliott at Bellewstown

After last night's flat action at Bellewstown it was over the jumps today on the final evening of the three-day July Festival where Gordon Elliott kept the Meath flag flying with three winners.

The JP McManus-owned Steamboat Quay got Elliott off the mark in the third race on the card, an opportunity handicap hurdle, to win from the Tom McCourt-trained Ben Rumson.

Another McManus horse, Timyan, made it two for Elliott and was part of a five-timer for the owner who saw three other runners win for Joseph O'Brien.

Elliott completed his treble when Its All Guesswork landed the three mile maiden hurdle with davy Russell on board.
