Power and Lenihan return for Royals

Manager Andy McEntee's has made two changes to the Meath team for Sunday's crunch NFL Div 2 clash with Cork in Pairc Tailteann on Sunday, 3pm.

Mickey Burke and Sean Tobin drop to the bench from the side that lost to Tipperary in Thurles two weeks ago with Brian Power restored to the starting 15 after his Sigerson Cup exploits, while Donal Lenihan is handed a start after recovering from injury.

Meath's promotion hopes hang by a thread following successive losses to Cavan and Tipperary and nothing short of a victory over Cork will keep those slim ambitions alive.

Even if Meath were to win their final three games against Cork, Louth and Down they will need other results to go their way to sneak into second place and secure a place in Div 1 for 2019.

Meath – Andy Colgan; Seamus Lavin, Conor McGill, Donal Keogan; Dan O'Neill, Brian Power, Shane McEntee; Bryan Menton, Harry Rooney; James McEntee, Eamon Wallace, Cillian O'Sullivan; Graham Reilly, Padriag McKeever, Donal Lenihan.
