Meath set for Louth in Leinster SFC quarter on 4th June

Meath will travel to Dublin on Sunday 4th June to tackle Louth in the Leinster SFC quarter-final, 3pm, after the Wee County negotiated Wicklow by 1-19 to 1-14 in the opening round of the provincial series today at their 'home' in the capital - Parnell Park.

Under manager Colin Kelly the Louth players have achieved successive promotions and are one of the form teams at this stage, today they built on their promotion to Div 2 with that five-point win at Parnell Park to set up another joust with Meath.

Meath lost to Louth in the O'Byrne Cup semi-final in Navan this year by seven points - 0-10 to 1-14.
