Meath for Newbridge in Leinster JFC on Wednesday evening

Meath will travel to Newbridge tomorrow evening for a Leinster JFC quarter-final tie against Kildare at St Conleth's park with the throw-in timed for 7.30pm.

This will be the first competitive outing for manager Sean Barry and his selectors Barry Dunphy, Paul Kelly and Paddy Doyle.

Barry was in charge of the Meath under-21s this year and has included five players from the panel thatw as defeated by Dublin in the Leinster u-21 FC quarter-final last March - they are Cian Farnan, Jamie Reilly, Michael Flood, Daire Rowe and Jonathan Lynch with four of them set to start.

Barry has selected a strong team that also includes Paddy Gilsenan and Damien Carroll while Ratoath's Bobby O'Brien is lasted amongst the substitutes.

Meath lost the provincial final last year to Wexford.
