Minor hurlers advance

Meath advanced to the last four of the All-Ireland MHC B with a 01-4 to 2-7 victory over Kidlare at Trim last night.

Meath were well in controal at half-time with a 0-9 to 0-4 lead, but were under pressure after Charlie Bird picked up a second yellow card after the resumption.
