O'Byrne Cup trip postponed

An official announcement from Leinster Council and Meath Co Committee this morning confirmed that Sunday's O'Byrne Cup clash between Longford and Meath at Ballymahon as been postponed until next weekend.

The official statement read:

Due to the current weather conditions, and the weather forecast for the weekend, the Leinster Council GAA has decided to postpone all eight games in Round I of O'Byrne Cup SF Competition which were scheduled for this weekend.

These games have been re-arranged for the following weekend - venues and times as originally scheduled.
