Currently a member of and cathaoirleach of Kells Town Council. Lives on the Cavan Road, Kells, and is a qualified legal executive. Commutes daily to Dublin where he works at the Institute of Public Administration.
At 34 years-old, is the youngest councillor in the north Meath area.
First elected to Kells Town Council in 2004 and was the Labour Party"s candidate in Meath West in 2007 general election.
