Well you could have your chance this year with auditions for a paid role as Santa taking place in Ashbourne this Saturday 12th August in the offices across the road from Tesco.
Cool Sweet Productions are looking for an “authentic-looking Santa Claus to play himself†in some promotional online videos for the Christmas period, with the possibility of further, or permanent, work in the new year.
“The videos will be fun in nature with the purpose of entertaining children over Christmas,†say the company.
Production begins at the end of September and continues for several weeks, and the videos will be shot at locations in the Ashbourne area.
