Meath Guns N' Roses fans get their tickets. Did you?

Navan was Paradise City for these lucky Guns N' Roses fans who scooped up precious tickets for the rock legends show at Slane next May.

A healthy queue outside Joe Tierney's shop in Trimgate Street was kept moving long after the online sales had sold out.

Lorraine O'Keeffe from Johnstown emerged with three prized briefs having arrived at just 8.45am. 'It wasn't too bad, the queue was down to the Central there but it moved. I'm delighted now, thrilled because I heard they were sold out online. There were people in the queue trying to order online but not having any luck.'

Pat Daly (below) from Ardbraccan was equally delighted having secured two tickets to see Axl, Slash and Duff play by the Boyne 25 years after rocking Slane the first time around. 'I hope everyone will get sorted but the queue was moving there but I have them anyway'

Called the Not In This Lifetime Tour, a reference to past comments about when they’d reunite, anticipation, excitement and expectations has been through the roof. Did you get sorted? Let us know.
