Nigel for The Voice final

The entire county of Meath will get behind Athboy’s Nigel Connell this weekend when he competes in the live final of The Voice of Ireland.
Nigel is one of four contestants to qualify for the final of the competition and will have to give the performance of a lifetime to win over the public and the title of The Voice of Ireland.
The finalists have elected to sing their favourite song of the competition and a special cover that will be released on ITunes on Sunday night.
The other three contestants are Sligo’s Kelesa Mulcahy, Michael Lawson of Monaghan and Laura O’Connor from Finglas.
The Wings version of ‘Live and Let Die’ was Nigel’s favourite of the competition, and Kodaline’s latest single ‘The One’ will be the special cover.
Nigel and his coach, Una Foden, were in Athboy this week with Nigel giving the Saturday’s star a whistlestop tour of the area.
