Cycle Against Suicide SpinOff comes to Trim

This Saturday, 19th March,  the Cycle Against Suicide SpinOff comes to Trim.
The event is locally run by the Trim community, and will have all the colour, fun and energy of the annual cycle. 
Starting at 10.30am from the Office of Public Works (OPW) head office on Jonathan Swift Street, the route takes in Summerhill and Kiltale where there will be a short break beforing continuing on to Kilmessan, Bective, Robinstown and Dunderry where there will be a break.

The Dunderry community will host the lunchtime stop with entertainment, refreshments and a mental health awareness event. The cycle will then continue on to Rath Chairn, Athboy, Kildalkey before returning to another warm welcome back in Trim.

The 55km route is the perfect opportunity to support this great cause, while taking in the natural beauty of the area including the historical sites of Trim Castle and Bective Abbey.
Cycle Against Suicide is an all-Ireland charity, which seeks to break the stigma associated with the open discussion of mental health, through the promotion of its message that 'it’s OK not to feel OK; and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help’.
Registration for the SpinOff is open at cycleagainstsuicide.com. Registration on the day will be at Office of Public Works HQ in Trim from 08.30am-10.00am.
