Bru celebrating london success

Bru Ri, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA) brewed by Bru in Trim, was named was the ‘King of Craft Beers’ at the prestigious Casual Dining Show in London’s Business Design Centre last week.
From over 200 entrants, Bru Ri shone through as the ideal craft beer to accompany quality food. Judged by beer sommeliers, chefs and food service professionals, Bru Ri stood out as the most flavoursome and balanced beer and won the award by a country mile.
Bru Ri in an IPA and is brewed with Irish malted barley and four different hop varieties. It is a crisp refreshingly bitter ale, with a blast of citrus on the palate and floral scents on the nose, and is available nationwide, in draught and bottle.
Bru Brewery has been exporting to the UK for over six months and are represented well throughout the UK and London in the on and off-licence trade.
Bru Brewery was founded in Trim, in July 2013 and has gone from strength to strength ever since, from 400 litres of beer in its first month of production, Bru Brewery now averages 70,000 litres per months and services 16 international markets. It was named overall winner of the Meath Chronicle Business and Tourism awards in 2014.
