Death of triona keogan mother of hector

Radio and TV presenter Hector O hEochagain was joined by family and friends at the removal of his mother, Triona Keogan, to St Mary's Church, Navan, this evening.

She died peacefully at her home on Monday.

Mrs Keogan, of Kells Road and Knockumber, Navan, was wife of former Navan draper Michael Keogan, of Keogan and Carty, and worked at the Parish Shop in St Mary's Church grounds. She was a native of Corohan, Tuam, Co Galway.

She is survived by her sons, Derek, Shane (Hector) and Mark, brothers, sisters, daughter-in-law Dympna, grandchildren Luka, Asta, Rian and Shane, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Her Funeral Mass is on Thursday at 12 noon, in St Mary's Church, Navan, with burial afterwards in Tuam Cemetery, arriving approximately at 3.30pm.
