Trim curate appointed pp of ballivor

Trim curate Fr Mark Mohan has been appointed parish priest of Ballivor-Kildalkey in the latest diocesan changes announced by Bishop Michael Smith.

He succeeds Fr Oliver Devine, who becomes parish priest of Drumraney-Tang in Westmeath. Former curate in Kiltale and Dunshaughlin, Fr Barry Condron, curate in Tyrrellspass has been appointed parish priest of Castletown-Geoghegan-Tyrrellspass.

Fr Ciaran Clarke, recently ordained, joins the team in Dunboyne as curate, while Fr Declan Kelly, recently ordained, is the new curate in Trim. Announced earlier this summer were the appointments of Fr Michael Meade, parish priest of Donore to Summerhill, and Fr Tony Gonoude, curate in Holy Family, Drogheda to be administrator in Donore.
