Lost Brothers top the indie charts

Irish duo The Lost Brothers were number one in the indie album charts over the weekend. The band, which is made up of Meath songwriter Oisin Leech and Mark McCausland from Omagh, beat Oasis and Radiohead to the number one spot.
Last week they performed a new song, Echoes In The Wind, on The Late Late Show on RTE 1 and this shot the Irish duo to top of the charts.
The song is on their fifth and newest album "Halfway Towards a Healing" which was released last month.
Since then the band have been touring the world extensively. They have just returned from a hugely successful US run of dates and set off for Australia next month. On Friday June 8th they will perform at The Liberty Hall Theatre in Dublin. Their Dublin Show in February sold out and they've been invited back to a bigger venue.
"We have been top 20 in the past," says Navan musician Oisin Leech. "But never imagined we would ever have a number one spot. It's exciting to be playing our biggest Dublin headline gig in June."
