Happy Birthday... Jennifer, Abbie, Jack, Jamie and Megan

'21 in 21': Congratulations to all our birthday boys and girls

This has been a year like no other with opportunities for families and friends to gather for big birthday celebrations shelved for now.

We here at the Meath Chronicle didn't want to let another year pass without being able to mark some of these great occasions in some small way.

With '21 in 21', we want to mark the birthdays of all our wonderful young people turning 21 in 2021. So here is this week's birthday boys and girls.

We're also aware of a lot of families with other significant 'roundy' birthdays and anniversaries being celebrated at the same time, so we're happy to accommodate those too.

Wishing our beautiful daughter Abbie Daly, Meath Hill, the best 21st lockdown birthday. Abbie has one older sister Nicole and younger brother Evan. She is a hairdresser in Siobhan’s salon in Drumconrath and qualified in Newry during lockdown. A big shout out too to Abbie’s partner Aaron Keenan, they’ve been together for five years and a great team along with dog Archie. Abbie is a beautiful, kind-hearted, fun-loving and a wee bit fiesty at times!Lots of love from Mam, Dad, Nicole, Evan, Archie, Aaron, Granny and Grandad Daly, granny Rita and Sean, and all your family and friends, we love you, have the best day!
Happy Birthday to Jack Byrne, Ardcath, who celebrates his 21st on the 18th April. From all your family x.
“Wishing our daughter Megan Walsh from Athboy a very Happy 21st Birthday.”Best of luck in your final year in NUIG, and promise we will celebrate your special birthday when we can. Love from Mam & Dad xxx.
Happy 21st Birthday Jamie Murray, Navan (10th April). "On this special day we would like to tell you how special you are and how proud you make me in all you do. Working as an essential worker through all these hard times in Centra, Commons Road in Navan. You're an inspiration to all young men out there and I'm proud to call you family. Have a great weekend. Lots of love, Uncle Darren."
Best wishes to our daughter Jennifer Downey, Slane, who will be 21 on the 17th April, lots of love from Mam, Dad and brother Joseph as well as Nanny and Grandads, Aunties, Uncles and cousin.

If you have a special someone at home about to get the 'key of the door' let us know about two/three weeks in advance and we'll feature in our '21 in 21' coverage in the paper.

Here's what you need to do:

Email us good quality photo(s) of the birthday star as they are now and when they were a baby/toddler (optional). (We don't want any rows so best tell them what you're up to if sending in!)

Add a little message or a line or two about them and what they're up to. Don't forget to tell us where you're from and add a phone number in case we need to contact you.
