His remains will be reposing in Mullen's Funeral Home, O'Growney Street, Athboy, from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday and Funeral Mass will take place in St James' Church Athboy on Friday at 11am with burial afterwards in the local St James' Cemetery.
Ross, who was predeceased by his mother Caroline, is survived by his heartbroken father Paul, brothers Craig and Cian, girlfriend Kelly and her parents Graham and Roisin and brother Simon, grandmother Anne, aunts uncles, cousins and a wide circle of friends to whom sympathy is extended.
Searches were carried out in the Austrian capital when Ross became separated from friends after leaving a nightclub in the early hours of 19th January and appeals for information on his whereabouts were shared widely on social media. The search came to a heartbreaking conclusion when his remains were recovered from the Danube canal a week later.
