Royals all set for tough Aughrim test

No changes for Johnny Greville ahead of their clash with Wicklow this weekend.

Johnny Greville has made no changes to the starting 15 that got Meath’s Christy Ring Cup campaign back on track last weekend against Roscommon. The Royals' victory over the Rossies was comprehensive, and they will hope to carry that momentum this weekend to Aughrim, where they will face Wicklow.

12 months ago, Wicklow effectively ended the Royal’s Christy Ring Cup hopes when they dispatched Meath in what transpired to be a poor season for Greville’s men.

A rejuvenated and fresher-looking Meath side will have high hopes of turning last year's result on its head this Sunday in Aughrim at 2pm.
