Funeral arrangements for Louth road tragedy victims

Funeral arrangements have been announced for the five young people who died in the tragic crash outside Dundalk on Saturday evening.

Alan McCluskey is reposing at his home at Corstown, Drumconrath C15 KC5P from today (Wednesday, 19th November) with the removal taking place on Friday, at 9:15am to arrive at St Peter and Paul's Church, Drumconrath for Funeral Mass at 10am . The burial will take place afterwards in Drumconrath Cemetery.

Alan McCluskey

Alan is survived by his parents, Martin and Bernie, sisters Sharon, Tracey and Kellie, brothers-in-law Conleth McAlinden and Alan Wall, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of great friends.

Chloe McGee

Chloe McGee, Barnadonagh, Carrickmacross A81 VN28 is reposing at her home today Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2pm daily.

The house is strictly private on Saturday, when the removal will take place on foot via The Pound, arriving at St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross for Requiem Mass at 11am. Chloe will be laid to rest in the family plot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Carrickmacross, A81 K253.

Chloe will be missed beyond words by her parents Kieran and Eileen, her siblings Stephen (Laura), Aaron (Chloe) and Nicola (Padhraic), aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours, her colleagues and students in O'Fiaich College and wider teaching community and her many friends.

Dylan Commins

Dylan Commins, Coole, Ardee, A92 YV04 is reposing at his home today and Thursday from 4 pm to 8 pm. The removal will take place on Friday at 1.15 pm to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for Funeral Mass at 2 pm. The burial will take place afterwards in Old St Mary's Cemetery.

Dylan will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his parents Thomas and Denise, sisters Lauren and her partner Finn, Jessica and her partner Colm and Sarah, granny Sheila, aunts and uncles Brendan (Ann), Claire (John), Suzanne (John), Kitty (Gary), Margaret (Brian) and Denis (Aelish), cousins, relatives and his wide circle of trusted friends.

Shay Duffy

Shay Duffy will repose at his home at Mullyore, Carrickmacross A81 W028, today, tomorrow and Friday from from 4pm until 8pm. The house is private on Saturday morning.

Shay's funeral cortège will leave his home on Saturday proceeding to St Patrick's Church, Rockchapel, A81 KD72, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

Shay will be forever loved and missed beyond words by his heartbroken family; his parents Raymond and Carmel, his adored brothers Vinnie and Ben, his girlfriend Zara, his granny Marion and granny Philomena, his uncles and aunts; Brendan, David, Colette, Aileen and Pauline and Matthew, Mary, Angeline, Teresa and Helen, his cousins, extended family, his many wonderful friends, neighbours, the entire community and beyond.

Chloe Hipson

A gathering for famiy and friends of Chloe Hipson will take place this evening Wednesday in the Eternity Room of Quinn's Funeral Homes, Dundalk (A91 KW52, entrance on Castletown Road) from 4pm-7pm.

Chloe, from Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, Scotland and Carrickmacross is the beloved daughter of Ryan and Toni, sister of Ryan and Tommy and aunt of Brodé. She will be so missed by her heartbroken parents, brothers, Brodé, grandparents, extended family and many friends.
