Drugs case book of evidence

A case in which a 36 year-old woman from Navan is charged with possession of drugs for sale or supply is to proceed in the circuit court.

Amber Maguire of Townparks in the town had three charges listed against her at Trim District Court on Tuesday, which involve the alleged possession of cannabis and cocaine.

Judge Stephanie Coggans was told that the DPP direction was for the case to go forward for trial or for sentence on a signed plea to the circuit court.

The Judge adjourned the charges to 21st October for the service of a book of evidence.
