Baile Ghib musician Murray to perform at Electric Picnic

TG4 to broadcast from Collchoill (Hazelwood) and Puball Gaeilge stages

Baile Ghib musician Lisa Murray will be on stage at Electric Picnic with her performance being broadcast on TG4.

TG4 will be broadcasting from this year’s sold-out Electric Picnic Music & Arts festival in Stradbally, Co Laois.

Presented by Síomha Ní Ruairc and John Sharpson, Beo Ón Electric Picnic will feature live music performances from artists performing on the Collchoill (Hazelwood) and Puball Gaeilge stages, including Murray.

Other highlights will include Bláithín Mhic Cana & Piaras Ó Lorcáin, Dave Geraghty, Eve Belle, Dysania, Amano, Caolan Ryan, Lisa Murray, BYRO, IMLÉ, Clada and many more. The special hour-and-a-half broadcast will also feature interviews and intimate acoustic sessions with some of the biggest names playing at this year’s festival.

In addition to acts performing in Irish on the Collchoill (Hazelwood) and Puball Gaeilge stages, there will be podcasts, yoga sessions, a céilí mór, comedy, and the Gaeltacht Camping site.
