Tickets, travel and the homecoming...All you need to know about the Ladies All-Ireland SFC Final this Sunday
Meath County Council has announced it will host a homecoming for the Meath LGFA Heroes on Bank Holiday Monday in Pairc Tailteann.
"Meath County Council, in association with the Meath Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA), is delighted to host a Homecoming for the Meath Senior Ladies team and management at Páirc Tailteann, Navan, on Bank Holiday Monday (August 4) from 4pm," the council said in a statement.
"iRadio Presenter DJ Conor Woods and MC ‘We are Meath’ Podcaster David Rispin will lead the festivities with the team arriving shortly after, hopefully with the Brendan Martin trophy in tow!"
Cathaoirleach of Meath County Council Cllr Wayne Harding said: “I would like to wish our Meath LGFA team the very best of luck on Sunday against Dublin. Win or lose, they have made the whole county proud again by pouring their hearts and souls into every game and wearing the green and gold with pride.
“We are inviting supporters from all over the county to join us on Bank Holiday Monday to help us honour and celebrate another fantastic season, and to help us show the players and management how much we appreciate their phenomenal contributions and commitment.”
The following Meath County Council car parks will be free of charge to supporters:

Moat Hill Car Park
The following car parks are not owned by Meath County Council so information on times and charges etc will need to be checked with the relevant service provider:
Railway Street Car Park - Apcoa
Forrister’s Car Park - Apcoa
Navan Shopping Centre Car Park
Navan Hospital Car Park - Apcoa
There is also a car park across from the exit to Navan Shopping Centre and on Cannon Row beside the Lituanica Supermarket.
The council is encouraging all visitors to park legally and responsibly on the day.
"In the interest of public safety, Meath County Council, Meath LGFA, and An Garda Síochána ask supporters to arrive early and follow the stewards' directions."
Meanwhile for those travelling to Croke Park on Sunday to see Meath face Dublin, tickets are still available...
Tickets are on sale ahead of the 2025 TG4 All-Ireland Finals at Croke Park on Sunday August 3.
Junior: 11.45am – Antrim v Louth
Intermediate: 1.45pm – Laois v Tyrone
Senior: 4.15pm – Dublin v Meath
