Enfield woman set for finals of Miss Bikini Ireland

A young Miss Bikini Ireland finalist from Enfield hoping to take the modelling world by storm says she wants to use her platform to inspire others to follow their dreams.

The model search takes place on this Sunday 25th May, where 22 year old visual merchandiser Kirsten Poleon will be putting her best foot forward in the hope of winning the trip of a lifetime.

The winner of Miss Bikini Ireland gets an all-expenses paid trip to the world finals of Swimsuit USA International with the chance of winning the top prize worth $80,000.

Kirsten says she always dreamed of being a model.

"From a young age, I’ve always known in my heart that modelling was something I was meant to do," she said.

"I’m naturally confident, and I see modelling as a platform that can open up new opportunities, whether that’s in fashion, media, or personal growth," added Kirsten. "Competing in Miss Bikini Ireland is a chance to take that interest to the next level and see where it can lead."

Kirsten says when she puts her mind to something, she "gives it everything" —and is hoping that determination will see her achieve success in Miss Bikini Ireland.

"Being part of this competition is not just about showcasing beauty but about following your passion, stepping outside your comfort zone and believing in yourself," said Kirsten.

"I see this as an amazing platform that can open doors to exciting opportunities and allow me to inspire others to go after what they truly want in life," she added.

The former Scoil Dara Kilcock student says the competition has been keeping her busy over the last few months.

"As a finalist, I’ve been really focused on promoting myself on social media every day to build awareness and connect with people. We’ve also been given a series of tasks to complete as part of the competition, like making a video about why we entered and why we believe we should win. Another one was called ‘Spend a Day with Me,’ which was a fun way to show more of our personality and daily life. We also took part in a fitness workshop, which was a great way to stay focused and bond with the other contestants."

Win or lose, the Enfield fashion professional has a jam packed summer ahead as she explains:

"I’m travelling to Ibiza soon which I’m really excited about. I’ll definitely be keeping up with my content while I’m there too it’s the perfect backdrop for some great photos and videos!

"I’m also really grateful to have the support of Cherry On Top Nails as my sponsor she’s been amazing throughout this journey."
