Family run fitness centre to host Movember fitness challenge

Family run fitness centre Fit and Funky Fitness Bailieboro are hosting a special Movember fundraising weekend on Saturday 29th November and Sunday 30th November.

The event will be hosted by owners Liam and Louise O’Reilly and the nearby Funky Monkey Café, who will also be serving up healthy smoothies on the day for all fundraiser attendees.

The weekend is all about bringing the community together while raising money and awareness for Movember, which is in support of men’s mental health, testicular cancer and prostate cancer.

All and everyone is welcome. All proceeds will go towards the chosen charities.

Classes start at 8am, with the last class kicking off at 10am on both days.
