Lydon Farrell Property was established in 2020 and has quickly placed itself at the forefront of the Irish property market. Built on substantial experience and in-depth knowledge within the commercial, residential, valuations and asset management areas, the Navan based company provides high-quality and competitive services to both the private and corporate sectors.
Since 2020 the team has sold out eight new home schemes, over 400 existing residential sales and have acquired and sold large property portfolios across Ireland.

Diverse Experience. Co-founder John Farrell commenced his professional career 19 years ago in Hooke and MacDonald. He was responsible for the management of some of Ireland’s largest residential portfolio sales, valuations and asset strategies during this time. Along with selling over 40 new home schemes, John has managed approximately 600 second-hand residential sales across Meath, Louth, Dublin and Kildare.
Co-founder Ciarán Lydon has established a strong reputation in the Irish property market with almost 20 years’ of experience in the industry having worked in Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills and IPUT PLC. During his time in IPUT, Ciaran acquired and disposed of €1bn worth of residential, retail, office and industrial assets
Both diverse experiences over an extended period of time in prior roles, enabled Lydon Farrell Property to provide an in-depth offering in all property aspects to the local market in Meath.

What does the future hold for your business?
There will always be technological advancements in all industries including the property industry. Whether that be software for property management or how people move across different social media platforms. How people consume news and marketing material will always evolve. Therefore, our marketing programme will always shift in accordance. The actual fundamentals of the industry hasn’t altered greatly over the past 20 years and we don’t see large change in the fundamentals of the industry.
The main element of needed change is transparency within the sale process of any property.
Recent new technology on the bidding process within our own website (a live bidding platform) will become the norm across the industry.
