The cyclists are grateful for all who supported and contributed to the €16,310 for Down Syndrome Louth Meath branch.
Nine members of Skryne Cycling Club cycled 510km from the Hill Of Tara to Paris in July to raise money for the Down Syndrome Louth Meath branch. The Tara To Triomphe finished at the Arc de Triomphe, raising €16,310. The cyclists who took part were Pat McGovern, club chairman, George Rathborne, Val Clarke, Fergus O'Brien, Noel Russell, Tony Moreland, John Cooney, Peter Cosgrove and Gavin Lynch. They arrived into Paris on Saturday 26th July and got to see the last stage of the Tour de France the following day.
