A true princess... Trim girl donates 12 inches of hair to children's charity
Nine year old Trim native, Mila Coyne, cut off 12 inches of her beautiful locks to donate to The Little Princess Trust just a few weeks ago.
The Little Princess Trust is a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and other conditions.
Kindhearted Mila grew her hair long ahead of her First Communion day before making the wonderful gesture, raising money for €1,305 in the process for Laura Lynn Children's Hospice.
Mila's parents, Roisin Allen and Anthony Coyne and brothers Sammy and Joey, are especially proud.
