Irish speaking television program encouraging applicants from Meath
A new season of a cleaning television program for TG4 is encouraging Irish speakers from Meath to apply to feature on the show.
Searching for Irish speakers from the seven Gaeltacht counties, one of those being Meath, the Belfast based television production company Ronin Films are planning a new series of the program 'Is Mise le Mess'.
It is a program in which the program's skilled cleaning team from the Donegal Gaeltacht goes all over the country cleaning houses and helping people to organise their spaces.
They are especially looking for contributors from counties with Gaeltacht regions in them such as Meath and are welcoming applications from all sorts of backgrounds, from students to the elderly and from single people to big families, anyone who might not have the time, the energy or the strength to stay on top of their cleaning.
The company are also welcoming applications on behalf of other people such as nominations for somebody to receive a helping hand from the three ladies.
The tone of the show is fun and light-hearted, but it also aims to help the participants and viewers understand that cleaning doesn't have to be difficult if done in stages and that sometimes all that’s needed is company and a bit of help.
The show is made in Irish and as such the production company are looking for fluent or strong Irish speakers from Meath and all over the country.
The show has three presenters - two sisters, Coleen Nic Aodha and Derena Uí Dhochartaigh, as well as Síle Ní Dhuibheannaigh.
