Plans lodged for 96 new homes in Navan
A planning application to build 96 new homes off the Commons Road in Navan, has been submitted to Meath County Council by Cairn Homes Properties Ltd.
The residential development is proposed for a 3.86 hectares site to the east of Commons Road, in the townlands of Balreask Old and Duffsland and consists of 96 dwellings.
This is made up of 80 two-storey houses and 16 duplex units arranged within two two-storey blocks made up of eight two-bed units and eight three-bed units.
Associated road infrastructure work includes the delivery of access roads, pedestrian footpaths and cycle tracks, green verges and street lighting.
There will be landscaped open spaces, including 5,853 square metres of Public Open Space provision and a children’s playground, a communal open space (associated with the proposed duplex units) and boundary walls and fences.
Provision is made for a total of 178 car parking spaces and 74 bicycle parking spaces.
