Winning €250,000 ticket in Lotto Plus 2 Draw sold in Meath
A Meath person has woken up €250,000 richer this morning after winning the Lotto plus 2 jackpot in last night's Lotto draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw from Daybreak, Trim Road, Bective, Navan.
The numbers in last night’s Lotto Plus 2 draw were: 24, 25, 35, 37, 39, 43 and the Bonus was 7.
Emma Monaghan, National Lottery Spokesperson said: “ We’re urging everyone to check their tickets. If you’re holding a winning ticket, sign the back of it, keep it safe, and contact our Prize Claims team right away! With no winner of the Lotto jackpot prize, players now have a chance to win an estimated €4.2 Million in Saturday night’s draw.”
Just last week, a Euromillions player from Meath became the second of nine guaranteed players to take home an additional €250,000 in the EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle event this month.
The prize was won by an online player in the draw of Tuesday night 6th May. Along with the usual €5,000 raffle prize, the Meath player received an additional prize of €250,000, bringing their total winnings to €255,000.
Separately, in the Euromillions Plus draw of Friday, 2nd May, a local player who purchased their ticket in Doughty's Mace, Wilkinstown, on the day of the draw scooped €500,000.
