EMERALD PARK

The Emerald Easter Adventure will return, promising a "weekend filled with fun".

Grab a map and get ready to embark on a day filled with eggs-ploration. Enjoy the available attractions and explore the zoo before heading off to complete each question on your map to receive an Easter egg at the end.

Participations in Emerald Park's Easter Adventure is included with all park entry tickets on Saturday and Sunday. The Easter hunt takes place from 12pm until 4pm.

Fairyhouse Racecourse

The Fairyhouse is home to the famous three-day Easter Festival which is taking place from Saturday 30th March until Monday 1st April. Each day features top class racing, all inclusive hospitality, live music and entertainment to suit everyone.

The Fairyhouse Easter Festival is filled with glamour, festivities, music, entertainment and of course top class National Hunt Racing with over €1.25million in prize money up for grabs. There's something for everyone...

Ladies Day kicks off the first day of the Fairyhouse Easter Festival. This is the perfect day to gather a group of your best friends and enjoy a day of top quality racing, fashion, fun and live music to kick off the Easter Festival.

Family fun day on Easter Sunday incorporates a thrilling combination of top-class jump racing featuring WillowWarm Gold Cup (Grade 1) and the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Honeysuckle Mares Novice Hurdle (Grade 1) double along with a whole range of free children's entertainment.

On Monday the BoyleSports Irish Grand National will take place at the racecourse. This has become a stalwart at the heart of the Irish sporting calendar, a raceday which should be included on your bucket list. This is a race which encapsulates everything that is great about Irish racing and attracts crowds from all over Ireland to celebrate the epitome of Jump racing.

Elmgrove Irish Flower Farm

Elmgrove Irish Flower Farm will be opening its hundred acres of daffodils to the public this Easter Sunday.

Visitors will be able to walk through millions of daffodils and fill their arms with beautiful blooms. This is a ticket-only event and you can choose the hour slot that suits you here.

There is a full range of hot beverages available from the Coffee Cart at Elmgrove Flower Farm, and delicious Neapolitan pizza from Pesto Kitchen is also on site. Seating will be provided, and visitors are also welcome to browse the extensive array of flowers, plants and giftware on offer at Elmgrove Flower Farm’s shop.

Elmgrove Farm warned: "The flowers are in working fields, so wheelchair access will be challenging. No bags, crates or buckets will be permitted, and everybody, regardless of age, will require a ticket to access the field."

Red Mountain Open Farm

Visit the largest indoor facility available on any Open Farm in Ireland this Easter!

Located just outside Donore, Red Mountain Open Farm is open to the public until Saturday 7th April, with morning sessions from 10.30am - 1.30pm and afternoon sessions from 2pm - 5pm.

You can visit farmyard friends, play in the indoor/outdoor play areas, hop on the horse and carriage and see day old chicks.

An Easter Treasure Hunt is exclusive to the Saturday (30th March), Sunday (31st March) and Monday (1st April). This treasure hunt runs all day and every child gets a prize.

Navan Adventure Centre

Navan Adventure Centre have designed a family fun event to get families playing together and having lots of fun in the outdoors this Easter!

An Easter Egg Hunt, Bouncy Inflatables Area, Adventure Obstacle Course, Mini Golf, Target Shooting, Off-Road Pedal Go-Karting and Football Golf are all the activities included in your Easter ticket.

Beewise

Beewise's popular Easter Egg Hunt will return this weekend.

In addition to collecting chocolate treats around the trail, Beewise have hidden a limited number of special Dinosaur eggs in hard to find places. Each of these eggs contain additional surprises including the Coveted Golden Ticket.

Booking for Easter Sunday are all gone, however there are still a few places available for Monday.

Newgrange Farm

Easter at Newgrange Farm is action-packed with plenty of activities to enjoy. Unleash your inner artist and design an eye-catching Easter bonnet and bring it with you to enter the competitions over the weekend, with prizes for the best entries.

There are two sessions available the morning (10am- 1.30pm) or afternoon (2pm - 5.30pm)

There will be four competitions situated around the Farm – Hook A Duck, Bunny Throw, Lollipop Game and a Colouring Competition. All children will receive something small for taking part in each competition with different prizes for winners.

The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance during the above times and you will be able to take pictures of your family with him on your phone or camera.
