Navan ranked Ireland's fourth most romantic location

With Valentine's Day coming up, culinary experts from HelloFresh Ireland have shared new data that reveals Navan is ranked Ireland's fourth most romantic location.

To help couples plan the perfect date night, HelloFresh Ireland analysed over 30 cities and towns across Ireland to find the ultimate romantic destination. They evaluated each location across various categories including accomodation options, dining experiences, entertainment choices and affordability.

The new study reveals Ireland’s top 10 romantic spots, with Killarney taking the top spot thanks to its range of romantic and affordable date choices. It's a haven for couples seeking a dreamy escape without breaking the bank.

Sligo claims the second spot with plenty of romantic hotel options, closely followed by Ennis, which scored exceptionally well for affordability.

Taking the fourth spot was Navan. For those opting for a cinematic experience, Navan emerges as the most economical choice with a ticket priced at €7.25.

Following Navan on the list from number 5 to 10 was: Shannon, Tralee, Ballina, Mallow, Wexford and Tullamore.

Previous data from HelloFresh found that 66% of the Irish public agree the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach, but 83% find the cost of dining out on Valentine’s Day overpriced. Thanks to the top 10 most romantic spots list, those celebrating can easily find affordable options.
