Work is expected to start on a new Pairc Tailteann stand later this year.

Meath's GAA Euro Millions Syndicate to kick off in March

Towards the end of last year Meath GAA launched their Euro Millions Syndicate fundraiser.

Over the coming year and beyond the syndicate will participate in the Euro Millions and Euro Millions Plus draws which have many categories of winners in addition to a jackpot that varies between €15 million and €200 million.

It boils down to 10,400 chances to share in the above sums of money.

The first of the draws take place in March, when nine draws will be held. There are monthly draw dates throughout 2024 and on into 2025.

Before stepping down as chairman of Meath GAA, John Kavanagh outlined the objective of the Euro Millions syndicate

"The commencement earlier this year of the development of further playing pitches at our Centre of Excellence in Dunganny, and the expected start of Pairc Tailteann re-development next year are proof of the commitment of Coiste na Mi to continue to improve our facilities and create an all-inclusive environment whilst promoting the GAA motto 'where we all belong'. We also continue to invest in our Developments squads and give as much support to our county teams as is needed."

"Your continued support and your support for this fundraiser is a vital source of income for our efforts on all of these fronts. I want to thank those who have supported all our initiatives over the years.

"I want to acknowledge the hard work of our dedicated committee in organizing this event and wish all participants the best of luck in the Euro-Million draw."
