An Gobha – Tom King

An Gobha, the Blacksmith of the Boyne Valley offers immersive and interactive experiences of traditional iron age metal forging, as demonstrated by the character An Gobha, the blacksmith, delivered with theatre, stories, myths, history and fun. An Gobha also manufactures and sells handcrafted metal and wooden decorative objects, blade works and period weapons based on ancient Celtic symbols and artefacts.


Claire Dooley Ceramics – Claire Dooley

Working with porcelain, Claire’s pieces are thrown on a potters’ wheel and finely turned until a sense of balance is achieved. The forms are kept simple to capture a sense of lightness, while creating porcelain tableware and sculptural ceramic pieces.
