Apartment block plans for Dunboyne
Planning permission is being sought from Meath Co Council for a four to five-storey apartment building at the junction of the Station Road/Rooske Road in Dunboyne.
Margrove Ltd is proposing to construct 23 apartments in a four/five-storey building o a 0.2 hectares site at the south-western corner of the junction of Station Road and Rooske Road in Dunboyne.
The private open space for the residential units consists of terraces at ground floor level and balconies on the upper floors on the north-west elevation of the building. Pedestrian access would be provided from the Station Road, while vehicular/cycle access would be sited on the south-western boundary of site facing the Castleview estate.
The proposed development includes 17 surface car parking spaces, 33 bicycle parking spaces, bin storage facilities, photovoltaic panels on the roof, communal open spaces, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site development works.
Meanwhile, a planning application has been lodged by Foxtrot Investments 2011 Ltd seeking an extension of duration of planning permission for the construction of a six-storey mixed-use development at Balmoral Estate on the Kells Road in Navan.
Planning was granted in 2018 for the six-storey development which includes a discount food store, retail and office/medical floor space, car parking and all associated site works.
