Poem written in memory of Max, beloved Bohermeen dog

The parish of Bohermeen are saddened with the death of Max the dog. The beloved pet passed away on the 1st of May this year.

Max was well known by the locals of Bohermeen, especially among his neighbours and local farmers in the area.

His owner, Jade Fitzpatrick, wrote a poem in his memory.

A million belly rubs, ear pinching barks,

Sneaky cups of tea and long walks in the park,

Our four-legged friend has touched our hearts,

His bark, his smell, his annoyance will leave a hole in our hearts,

You may have four legs but to us you are home,

As we lay you to rest, we will cherish your cheerful forever in our hearts,

Fly high Max!
