FAI to hold consultation night in Navan

The FAI will be holding a Football Pathways Consultation for Meath on the 4th May in the Newgrange Hotel, Navan

The FAI want as many of our clubs, leagues and affiliates to come together and share your thoughts and opinions on what will be our strategy for football development. Please share with all your clubs and coaches and we want all our clubs and leagues represented on the night. Please RSVP through the attached document.

We are pleased to announce our Football Pathways Consultation will be launching from May and attached is an overview of the process and list of consultation workshops. Those involved in football development are encouraged to attend their regional consultation workshop and share their thoughts and insights. We want to get as much feedback as possible and welcome players, coaches, referees, parents, volunteers, leagues, affiliates and all involved in football to be part of the conversation

As part of the FAI’s four year strategy from 2022-2025, Nurturing Football Pathways for All is one of our key strategic pillars and to this end we are embarking on a consultation process in May and June with the goal of developing a new strategy for the technical development of football in Ireland that will enhance pathways for all players to achieve their full potential.

In the coming weeks and months, our team will be engaging with all stakeholders involved in football development across Ireland to garner views and opinions that will help inform the eventual strategy.
