“We are thrilled to re-open and reveal the new look Brabazon Restaurant”, said Tankardstown’s general manager, Tadhg Carolan. “The addition of the Morris Suite has allowed us to increase our capacity significantly and we look forward to welcoming both old and new diners back to Brabazon.”
Appropriately named after the previous owner of Tankardstown, the award-winning restaurant boasts fine dining and a cosy atmosphere. Head Chef Johnny Sarkozi and his team offer a culinary experience based on seasonality and local produce; some of which is grown in the estate’s own kitchen garden and polytunnels. Both casual lunch and classic evening dining can be enjoyed Wednesday through Sunday, with Traditional Afternoon Tea set to be introduced in the coming weeks. During the spring and summer months, guests can dine alfresco on Brabazon’s Terrace, while the cosy, sophisticated interiors and bright Morris Suite is perfect for dining at any time of year.
