Murder accused unable to appear in court again

A 33-year-old man who was due to appear at Trim District Court for a further remand hearing in connection with the alleged murder of a Romanian woman earlier this minth was again unable to appear because of ill-health.

Andrei Marian Dobra, with an address at River Wak Court, Fairyhouse Road, Ratoath had been charged on November 14th last with the alleged murder of Ioana Mihaela Pacala, aged 33, at that address on 12th November.

The accused was due to appear at Trim Court last week but his solicitor Maurice Regan told the court that his client had Covid. He was again due to be brought before the court yesterday (Thursday) but Mr Regan said that his client was “quite ill”. The case was again put back to 8th December next.
