Excitement building for 2022 Meath Style Awards

The Meath Style Awards in association with Specsavers, Navan are back on 23rd September better than ever after three long years away. We are thrilled to be finally able to put on an amazing event to celebrate all of our wonderful local businesses. The night promises to be filled with fun, glamour, entertainment and plenty of bubbly to raise a toast to our Meath retailers who did Trojan work being the pillar of our communities all through the pandemic.

Chelsea Farrell, former Miss Ireland, model and influencer and Paul Carroll, stylist and former winner of the Meath Style Awards will be our hosts for this year’s event that takes place once more in the stunning surroundings of The Headfort Hotel in Kells.

Balance Clinic Spa Beauty Owner Pauline Lynch is delighted to be participating in sponsoring the 10th Anniversary of the Meath Style Awards.

"After three years of being cocooned we are looking forward to celebrating local businesses again and our All Ireland Champions, the Meath Ladies Team - we couldn't be more proud of them all today. We are looking forward to stepping out in style on the 23rd September with an amazing showcase of local businesses in what promises to be the best Meath Style Awards ever."

Mary Groome, co-owner of Park Avenue Giftware in Johnstown Shopping Centre a long with her sister Liz Lenihan and one of this year's sponsors says it's an "honour" to be involved with the event, she added:

"We are delighted to be a part of The Meath Style Awards this year to celebrate its tenth anniversary.

"It's a fantastic event that is all about local businesses and in what has been a challenging two years for retailers will be a much welcome occasion.

"We have been in business for the past five years and this is a very prestigous awards ceremony for our county that we are looking forward to sharing with our fellow entrepreneurs."

For our 10th awards we have introduced three new categories and made some changes to others. Resilience and Innovation is an award that we have added this year to recognise those businesses and individuals who made necessary changes in order to survive the challenges of the pandemic.

Digital Presence is another category that has become more relevant as so many small retailers moved to online shopping at a time when they could not welcome their customers through their doors. Our third new award is Customer Experience.
