Plans for 53 two-storey houses in Kentstown submitted

Plans for 53 two-storey houses at the Veldonstown Road, Kentstown have been submitted to Meath County Council.

Garranvale Ltd is seeking permission to build 53 two-storey houses made up of 17 four-bedroom units, 34 three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units on an overall site area of 1.7 hectares, as the second phase of a permitted residential development. Also part of the plans are 109 car parking spaces with 106 allocated spaces and three visitor spaces. It is also proposed to widen the Veldonstown Road to 5.5 metres and to provide footpaths along the full extent of the site frontage on the Veldonstown Road.

Meanwhile, plans for nine houses on the access road at the Stonebridge Housing Estate in Kells have been lodged with Meath County Council.

Crannwood Homes Ltd is seeking permission for eight semi-detached two-storey houses (six four-bedroom houses and two three-bedroom houses) and a detached two-storey four-bedroom house with individual entrances onto Stonebridge Access Road, at Maudlin Road, Kells.
