Plans for 32 new homes in Trim

Plans for 32 new houses on the Kinnegad Road in Trim have been submitted to Meath County Council.

Keegan Land Holdings Ltd is seeking permission to build 32 houses at Manorland 2nd Division, Trim, with a new entrance off the Kinnegad Road.

The plans include 29 two-storey houses, four pairs of semi-detached houses, and five terraces comprising three, four and six units and three apartments in a three-storey block.

Separately, plans to demolish an existing two-storey house and build seven new homes on the site at the Dublin Road in Trim, have been lodged with Meath County Council. Michael and Paula Brody are seeking permission for the demolition of the existing two-storey dwelling with attached garage and associated outbuildings, and the construction of seven new two-storey dwellings, at Dublin Road, Friars Park, Trim.

This includes two pairs of semi-detached houses and one terrace of three house all with individual entrances off the Dublin Road, connection to public services, and all associated site works.

A decision is due on the application on 24th November.
