Flying form for Aintree for Sean Flanagan and Jody McGarvey

Good send off for Aintree at Wexford for Flanagan and McGarvey

Sean Flanagan and Jody McGarvey will head for Aintree tomorrow to ride in the Aintree Grand National after registering a winner apiece at Wexford this evening.

Flanagan was on the mark with The Getaway Queen which only got in as a reserve on a technicality.

The David Dunne-trained All Class wasn't allowed to run after not running yesterday at Gowran Park where it was declared in error.

McGarvey combined with trainer Shark Hanlon for further success at Wexford today as The Cool Dude landed the concluding Traynor's Of Wexford Paint Handicap Chase.

McGarvey has two rides at Aintree tomorrow partnering the Denise Foster-trained Alpha Des Obeaux in the Grand National.

Flanagan also has two rides at Aintree, both for Noel Meade with Tout Est Permis in the big one.
