Gardai appeal for information following Bellinter break in

Gardai in Navan investigating a break in to a house in Bellinter yesterday evening are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The incident took place at approximately 6.45pm.

A red van with two suspects on board was spotted in the area a short time beforehand.

If anyone saw the van or any suspicious activity around that time please give the Garda in navan a call on 0469036100.

This follows a spate of similiar incidents including a terrifying break in in Dunshaughlin in February when a couple was the subject of a frightening aggravated burglary after four men masked men locked them in an upstairs bedroom of their home while they ransacked the house in search of valuables.

A similiar incident was reported at Kilcarty, Kiltale, Dunsany, late February.

In December another well-known local man’s home was targeted at Lagore Road in Dunshaughlin.
